On February 26, 2008 the Village Board of
Trustees by resolution removed the designation of official newspaper from
the "Elm Leaves". This resolution also allows posting in
three places as opposed to publishing. The three posting places
are: Village Hall, The Village of Elm Grove Post Office, and Walgreen's on
Watertown Plank Road. The proposed amendments to the Village Code of
Ordinances changes references from publish to post. |
