Private
Lessons
Individual tennis lessons are offered as
an alternative to group lessons. Sign up for private swim lessons will begin at
the 2008 summer registration on May 17, 2008. Once signed up, arrangements for private lessons
may be made with the individual instructor through the Recreation Department.
The instructor will call to schedule lessons on an agreeable time and date,
starting with the first person on the sign-up list. Payment for private lessons
will be due at the beginning of the week for all of the week’s scheduled
lessons.
Please choose schedules with
instructors wisely. The instructors get paid on a per lesson basis;
cancellations without payment result in instructors not getting paid.
Cancellations must be received more than 24 hours in advance. Lessons canceled
less than 24 hours in advance will still be assessed the entire fee to
compensate instructors for their time. Should an instructor need to cancel, the
lesson will be rescheduled with no penalty to the student.
