May convene into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. Sec. 19.85(1)(g) to confer with legal counsel for the governmental body, who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is involved. More specifically, the lawsuit involving the petition for writ of mandamus filed January 21, 2021 by petitioners Jan Termuehlen, Michael Rohr and Marc McSorley versus the Village of Elm Grove.

May reconvene into open session to take action on any closed session items.
