    Please make checks payable to the Village of Elm Grove. 

  2. 2 signs are allowed on location. 

  3. Review the restrictions on posting dates. 

  4. Other Sign Locations (6 additional signs allowed, if needed)
  5. Restrictions
    • No more than two temporary signs on premises, or one per off-premise location.
    • Each sign not to exceed four square feet in area (2’ X 2’).
    • Each sign must have a Village issued green sticker, received at the time of payment.
    • Signs may be posted no longer than 21 days prior to the event and must be removed within 3 days after the event.
  6. Acknowledgement

    I, the representative for the above listed group/function, hereby certify that by submitting this form online, consent has been received from all the property owners for the addresses listed, to place a sign on their property; and that no signs will be placed on public property or right-of-way; and that the date of the event is as stated above. All signs will be removed as soon as possible following the event, but in no instance will they remain beyond the three days from the end of the event.

  7. Fees

    The following is due prior to the approval of the temporary sign permit. 

    Please send all payments to the Village of Elm Grove (13600 Juneau Blvd) and make checks payable to the Village of Elm Grove.
