Please join the Friends of the Elm Grove Library as we celebrate the start of the holiday season and illuminate the Village tree! Activities include: socially distant photos with Santa, ornament coloring for the children's tree, santa's mailbox for kids to get their list in early, a festive holiday performance by Sunset Playhouse, tree lighting ceremony and a take home treat bag for the kids!

Lights of Love, the village tree lighting ceremony & Friends of the Elm Grove Library fundraiser, returns for it’s 27th year on the afternoon Sunday, December 5th. Young & old alike are invited to enjoy a performance by Sunset Playhouse, drop off their letters to Santa (and their donations to Lights of Love!), get a socially-distant photo with Santa, and watch as the village tree is illuminated for this holiday season! Children ages 3-12 can enter a drawing to “Flip the Switch” and turn on the tree lights each time they check out books from the library in the month of November.
