Watertown Plank Rd Pathway Extension

Completed in 2020

The Village of Elm Grove over the years has reviewed off road pathways for the purpose of providing a safer area for walking, jogging and biking for Village residents (notably small children). There have been several areas identified for the addition of these pathways or enhancements to existing pathways. Watertown Plank Road west of Highland is one of those areas identified as a priority for extension.

In an effort to review the feasibility of doing the extension, the Public Works/Utilities Committee will be hosting an open house to obtain feedback from the surrounding property owners and Village residents. The open house will be held on June 13th from 5:30 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. in the Court Room of Village Hall. Members of the Committee as well as Village Staff will be present to answer questions.

The Village will have the center-line of the pathway staked for identification during the week of June 4th so you can see the approximate location of the pathway. The pathway will be very similar to the pathway along Juneau Boulevard which the Village installed several years ago.

If you are unable to attend the open house, but have comments please forward those to us at Village Hall or via email to tharrigan@elmgrovewi.org

Thank you for your consideration and we hope to see you at the open house!
