The 21st Annual Friends of the Elm Grove Library Lights of Love celebration will be taking place on Sunday, December 6, and one lucky winner will get the chance to flip the switch that turns on the official Lights of Love tree in Village Park. Here's how to win:
1. Simply check out any material from the Elm Grove Library during the month of November and put your name in the drawing.
2. The winner will be chosen in a random drawing on Tuesday, December 1.
3. Winner must be available on Sunday, December 6 to attend.
Contest open to anyone 13 years old or younger.
