Any person aggrieved by a decision of the Zoning Administrator or Building Board under this article may appeal to the Zoning Board of Appeals under Article IX of the Village Municipal Code. In considering such an appeal, the Board of Appeals shall be guided by the standards set forth in that article.
The Board of Appeals notice must be available at least two-weeks prior to the meeting by state statute.
Check the type of administrative decision appealed. Please keep in mind any new evidence given to the Board of Appeals will result in your request automatically being sent back to the board or commission you are appealing.
