The Elm Grove Public Library provides a bulletin board and brochure rack in the lobby for the informational, cultural, or civic interest needs of the entire community. They are available to non-profit community groups and organizations, subject to the policies established by the Elm Grove Library Board.
The policies for placing information in the brochure rack and posters or flyers on the bulletin board are as follows:
1. The brochure rack and bulletin board may not be used by for-profit businesses.
2. Priority will be given to information on specific events that will take place on a specific date or that have specific deadlines (e.g. college class schedules) and to local activities.
3. Information that is not date-oriented (e.g. call for volunteers) may be posted if space is available but will be discarded after one month.
4. Approval must be given by the library director.
