Monday, March 28th, 2022 - Board of Trustees - 7:30 P.M. Court Room

  • The Board of Trustees will review and possibly act on Resolution 122021B to approve entry into a Development and TIF Agreement for properties commonly known as 13105 Watertown Plank Rad (A/K/A "School sisters of Notre Dame Pacific Province Campus"). The Board may also review and act on Resolution 122021C and 122021D creating Tax Incremental District No. 3, Approving its Project Plan and establishing its boundaries. 

Thursday, February 24th, 2022 - Plan Commission Public Hearing - 6:00 P.M. Court Room

  • The Plan Commission held a Public Hearing as it relates to the proposed creation of Tax Incremental District #3, its proposed boundaries and the revised Project Plan. The Commission took action to recommend the proposed TID #3 and the revised Project Plan to the Board of Trustees at this meeting.  

Monday, December 20th, 2021 - Board of Trustees - 7:30 P.M. Court Room

  • The Board of Trustees took action to approve Resolution 122021A which approved a Certified Survey Map and rezoning from I-1 institutional zoning to Rm-1 multi-family residential, Rs-3 single-family residential, Rs-4 single-family residential and I-1 institutional zoning, with a Planned Development Overlay under Ord. 335-30 for development as a residential planned development district, and in accordance with WI. Stat. 62.23(3)(B), Amend the Village Comprehensive Plan and a Conditional Use Permit for the continued cemetery use for properties commonly known as 13105 Watertown Plank Road (A/K/A "School Sisters of Notre Dame Pacific Province Campus"). 
  • The Board of Trustees did not take action on Resolution 122021B, entry into a Development and TIF Agreement for properties commonly known as 13105 Watertown Plank Road (A/K/A "School Sisters of Notre Dame Pacific Province Campus").
  • The Board of Trustees did not take action on Resolution 122021C and Resolution 122021D, creating Tax Incremental District No. 3, Approving its Project Plan and Establishing its Boundaries.

Monday, December 6th, 2021 - Plan Commission - 6:00 P.M. Court Room

  • The Plan Commission will hold a Public Hearing to provide the public a reasonable opportunity to comment on the proposed creation of Tax Incremental District #3, its proposed boundaries, and its proposed Project Plans. The Plan Commission may take action on a recommendation of the Project Plan to the Board of Trustees at this meeting. 
  • Continued review and possible recommendation to the Board of Trustees on the request for approval of a Certified Survey Map, Comprehensive Plan Amendment, Conditional Use Permit (Continued Cemetery Use), Rezoning and Redevelopment Plan for the School Sisters of Notre Dame Campus. 

Tuesday, November 30th, 2021 - Joint Review Board - 4:00 P.M. Park View Room

  • The Join Review Board will convene to appoint a Chairperson and public member, and to review the proposed Tax Incremental District #3 Project Plan. 

Thursday, November 18th, 2021 - Board of Trustees, Public Hearing - 6:00 P.M. Court Room

  • The Board of Trustees will hold a Public Hearing on the SSND Rezoning Request and Redevelopment Proposal.

Wednesday, November 10th, 2021 - Committee of the Whole - 7:00 P.M. Court Room

  • At this meeting, the Draft Development Agreement will be reviewed and discussed. Any additional conversation related to the TIF request may be held at this meeting as needed.

Monday, November 8th, 2021 - Committee of the Whole - 7:00 P.M. Court Room

  • This will be a joint meeting of the Board of Trustees and the Finance Committee. As part of the SSND redevelopment proposal, the Mandel Group has requested for the Village to consider Tax Incremental Financing (TIF) to assist with offsetting extraordinary costs associated with the project. Representatives from the Village’s Financial Advisors, Ehlers and Associates, will be present their TIF feasibility report at this meeting. It is possible that elements of the Draft Development Agreement may be discussed at this meeting.

  • The Plan Commission continued reviewing the Planned Development Overlay (PDO) and rezoning request at this meeting. 

Thursday, August 5th, 2021 - Committee of the Whole - 2:00 P.M. Park View Room

  • Ehlers and Associates, the Village's Financial Advisors, will present a session called "Tax incremental Financing - 101".

Wednesday, July 28th, 2021 - Plan Commission Public Comment Session  - 5:30 P.M. Court Room

  • The purpose of this meeting is to hear comments on the proposed redevelopment project plans as they exist to date.  Those who wish to participate in the public comment portion of the meeting may pre-register online, or sign-up for public comment the day of the meeting.

Monday, January 25th, 2021 - Board of Trustees Review of Formal Rezoning, Redevelopment and Comprehensive Plan Amendment Request - 7:30 P.M. in the Court Room at Village Hall 

  • The Zoning Code requires that the Board of Trustees formally receive all requests for rezoning (and accompanying development proposals) and then may forward the requests to the Plan Commission for review. State law requires that all redevelopment adhere to the future plans of the Village, as outlined in the Comprehensive Plan. If appropriate, the Comprehensive Plan may be amended. 

Tuesday, October 6th, 2020 - Building Board Conceptual Review, 5:30 P.M. in the Court Room at Village Hall

  • The purpose of this meeting was for the developer to present the conceptual architectural plans. This includes, but is not limited to, new buildings and building additions. Comments from the Building Board may assist the developer in refining their formal request. None of the comments provided by the Board are binding.

Monday, September 14th, 2020 - Plan Commission, 6:00 P.M. in the Court Room at Village Hall

  • The Mandel Development Group presented the conceptual redevelopment proposal of the School Sister of Notre Dame property (13105 Watertown Plank Road). At this meeting, the Plan Commission had the opportunity to provide comments and feedback to the applicant. This is not a step required by Village ordinance; however, it is strongly encouraged. Comments from the Commission and an initial reaction from the public may assist the applicant in refining their formal request.  None of the comments provided by the Commissioners are binding.
