School Sisters of Notre Dame Campus Redevelopment

The Mandel Development Group formally submitted a request for the rezoning, redevelopment and amendment to the Village Comprehensive Plan for the School Sisters of Notre Dame Campus. The Village Board of Trustees reviewed the application materials on January 25th, 2021 and took action to forward the requests onto the various standing committees for formal review and action.

Municipal Water Agreement - Village of Elm Grove and City of Wauwatosa 

March 28th, 2022 - Board of Trustees - 7:30 P.M. Court Room Village Hall

The Board of Trustees took action to approve Resolution 122021B, approving entry into a Development and TIF Agreement for properties commonly known as 13105 Watertown Plank Road (A/K/A "School Sisters of Notre Dame Pacific Province Campus"). The Board also approved Resolution 122021C and 122021D creating Tax Incremental District No. 3, approving its Project Plan and establishing its boundaries. 

February 24th, 2022 - Plan Commission Public Hearing - 6:00 P.M. Court Room

  • The Plan Commission held a Public Hearing as it relates to the proposed creation of Tax Incremental District #3, its proposed boundaries and the revised Project Plan. The Commission took action to recommend the proposed TID #3 and the revised Project Plan to the Board of Trustees at this meeting.

December 20th, 2021 - Board of Trustees -  7:30 P.M. Court Room Village Hall

  • The Board of Trustees took action to approve Resolution 122021A which approved a Certified Survey Map and rezoning from I-1 institutional zoning to Rm-1 multi-family residential, Rs-3 single-family residential, Rs-4 single-family residential and I-1 institutional zoning, with a Planned Development Overlay under Ord. 335-30 for development as a residential planned development district, and in accordance with WI. Stat. 62.23(3)(B), Amend the Village Comprehensive Plan and a Conditional Use Permit for the continued cemetery use for properties commonly known as 13105 Watertown Plank Road (A/K/A "School Sisters of Notre Dame Pacific Province Campus"). 
  • The Board of Trustees did not take action on Resolution 122021B, entry into a Development and TIF Agreement for properties commonly known as 13105 Watertown Plank Road (A/K/A "School Sisters of Notre Dame Pacific Province Campus").
  • The Board of Trustees did not take action on Resolution 122021C and Resolution 122021D, creating Tax Incremental District No. 3, Approving its Project Plan and Establishing its Boundaries.  

December 6th, 2021 - Plan Commission Review and Possible Recommendation - 6:00 P.M. Court Room

  • Ehlers and Associates Presentation on Tax Incremental District #3 Project Plan
  • Mandel Group Presentation on TIF Request 12.06.21
  • The Plan Commission held a Public Hearing to provide the public a reasonable opportunity to comment on the proposed creation of Tax Incremental District #3, its proposed boundaries, and its proposed Project Plans. The Plan Commission may take action on a recommendation of the Project Plan to the Board of Trustees at this meeting.
  • Continued review and possible recommendation to the Board of Trustees on the request for approval of a Certified Survey Map, Comprehensive Plan Amendment, Conditional Use Permit (Continued Cemetery Use), Rezoning and Redevelopment Plan for the School Sisters of Notre Dame Campus.
