The Board of Trustees held a Public Hearing related to Resolution 032519C and 032519D, to amend the Comprehensive Plan, rezone the property at 13040 W. Bluemound Road from B-3 Mid-Rise Office and Professional district and to execute the Elm Grove Heights Development Agreement.
